I've decided to celebrate Peace Day with Pinwheels for Peace Project this year. It is a whole World project. The main idea of this project is to "make a public visual statement about our feelings about war/ peace/
tolerance/ cooperation/ harmony/ unity and, in some way, maybe, awaken
the public and let them know what we are thinking". So we've written our thoughts about peace on one side and we hope that they spread to all the people.
You can learn more about this project on this web side:
And these are our pinwheels:
Besides, we made a Peace Wall with different messages of Peace written by all the pupils of the school.
Congrats for a really good job!

Our Halloween!
This year we celebrated Halloween at the first grade.
First of all, we learnt the new vocabulary and then we cast a spell that turned into... sweets!!!!
"Trick or treat,
trick or treat,
give me something
good to eat"
We also made headbands to sing and dance the song: "Knock Knock, trick or treat". It was very funny!
